The Client Comes First


I know it has been a few weeks since my last post, but it is an important lesson as well: The client comes first. With all of our new collaborative technology and means for engaging with our employees and clients digitally, we can’t forget the value of face to face time – and that’s exactly what I’ve been doing these past few weeks. So to all my fellow leaders out there, if you find you’ve been spending more time online than with the people that truly matter, take a moment away from the computer to get back to the basics.
